Due to the extra parcels that PostNL will have to process for Black Friday, it might take a bit longer than you’re used to before you will receive your package.

€3,95 PostNL pick up point (in your neighbourhood)
€3,95 delivery on orders under €49,95
The delivery rates are clearly stated during the ordering process.
We dispatch our orders through UPS or PostNL. Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day are shipped the same day, orders placed after 13:00 are shipped on the following working day. UPS will send you an email with the status of your shipment. You can track your parcel during the entire process of delivery. When you have chosen PostNL as a delivery option, we will inform you about the status of your parcel.
Didn't receive your package?
Shipments with UPS can be traced through the UPS or PostNL website. If your parcel hasn't been delivered after receiving a shipment confirmation, please check your neighbours and the nearest post office. If you have any other problems which relate to shipment or delivery of your parcel, please contact us.
Have you received a damaged or incomplete package?
Is one of the items from your order missing, or has the package arrived damaged? Then please contact our customer service. We will make sure the correct item is sent to you. If you have any complaints regarding the delivery of the package, we refer you to the customer service of UPS.
