Note: the process of returning your order has changed. Please read the instructions on this page and/or your invoice carefully.

 

How do I return my order?

To return one or more items, you must register them in our returns portal. Go to https://returns.kinglouie.nl/ to register your item(s).

Via the return portal you will receive a label to print or a barcode that can be scanned by the carrier.

Can I return multiple items/orders in one package?

If you have placed multiple orders within a 30 day period and would like to return items, these items can be returned in one and the same package. Please include the packing slips for both orders. It is more environmentally friendly and efficient to return multiple items from different orders in one shipment. In our returns portal you must register the items you want to return per order. We would like to ask you to then return them to us in 1 package and use only one return label.

Can I return everything?

You can return anything within 30 days, unworn and with the tags on. This includes sale items.

For hygienic reasons we cannot accept pantyhose and socks that have been removed from the packaging as a return.

Do I need to pay for my return?
Returns are free.
I haven’t received a return label, what do I do?

Can I return my order in the King Louie store?
It’s not possible to return a webshop order in the King Louie Store.
My order hasn’t been refunded yet
We will refund the return amount within 10 working days of receiving your return in our warehouse. The return payment method is always the same as the original payment method. If you have paid by credit card, the amount will also be refunded to your credit card and you will see this on your credit card statement at the end of the month. If you paid via Paypal, the return payment will go to your Paypal account. If you have chosen Afterpay, we will pass on the return to them and you will receive a modified invoice from Afterpay.
Received wrong item(s) or have a complaint?
Despite our greatest care it is possible that you received a wrong item. In this case please contact our customer service team. The warranty is valid within 2 months of receipt and must be returned with the original invoice.
