Your return payment may be delayed

Due to the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 virus, your return payment may be delayed. We do everything we can to process your return as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

14 days return policy temporarily prolonged to 40 days
Due to the measures that governments take with regard to the COVID-19 virus, it might be possible that you cannot send a return to us because the PostNL Parcel Points in your area are closed. In that case we offer you the following choices:

You wait with you return until the PostNL Parcel Points will open up again, the return will then be processed later even if the 14 days term has expired.

In case you have opted for payment via Afterpay, you will have to pay the invoice from Afterpay or request a deferment of payment yourself. You can do this by logging into your Afterpay account. We have no influence here.

If you want your return shipment to be handled on short notice you can choose a carrier other than Post NL. In that case, the return costs are for your own account.

Can I return everything?

You can return anything within 14 days, unworn and with the tags on. This includes sale items.

Tights and socks can only be returned if they have not been removed from the packaging.

Do I need to pay for my return?

Returns are free if you use the provided return label.

How do I return my order?

For us to process your return shipment correctly, follow the instructions on the return form.

  • Fill out the return form. Mark the item(s) you wish to return and fill in the return reason.
  • Pack the items and the return form in the box in which you received the order.
  • Put the return label on the box and bring it to a PostNL location.
  • When you return the entire order, we will refund the shipping costs that were charged while placing the order.

IMPORTANT - Please add the return form to the package. Otherwise we are not able to process the return or make a refund.

I haven’t received a return label, what do I do?

Please contact our customer service if you haven’t received a return label.

Can I return my order in the King Louie store?

It’s not possible to return a webshop order in the King Louie Store. To return your order, use the return label you received.

Can I return multiple orders at once?

It is no problem to return items from multiple orders together. We ask you to indicate this clearly and to add the return forms of all orders.

My order hasn’t been refunded yet

We will refund the return amount within 10 working days of receiving your return in our warehouse. The return payment method is always the same as the original payment method. If you have paid by credit card, the amount will also be refunded to your credit card and you will see this on your credit card statement at the end of the month. If you paid via Paypal, the return payment will go to your Paypal account. If you have chosen Afterpay, we will pass on the return to them and you will receive a modified invoice from Afterpay.

Received wrong item(s) or have a complaint?

Despite our greatest care it is possible that you received a wrong item. In this case please contact our customer service team.

The warranty is valid within 2 months of receipt and must be returned with the original invoice.

Can I exchange an item?

If you like to exchange an item for another item, return your item (within 14 days) and place a new order.
