Safe payments

We use the payment service called 'Multisafepay', which ensures a secure handling of your online transactions. King Louie does not have information about your bank and credit card data, and Multisafepay encrypts all Internet transactions. You recognize the secured line by the little lock in the bottom of your screen. This means your privacy is protected.

Payment methods

Ideal
You pay via the secure internet environment of your own bank.

Credit Card
If you choose to pay with VISA or MasterCard, the secured payment portal of Multisafepay will be opened. Here you can enter your credit card number, security code and expiry date. Credit card data is not visible for King Louie and you do not leave any information behind at our website.

PayPal
PayPal is a worldwide online payment system at which your banking accounts or credit card is linked to a PayPal Internet account. You can use it to purchase items in a safe way without having to enter your financial data. Please visit PayPal for more information.

AfterPay
If you prefer to pay afterwards, you can use Afterpay, up to an amount of € 400. If your request for payment is unexpectedly not authorized, you can choose a different payment method. For questions about the rejection of your payment, you can contact AfterPay. If you order with Afterpay, you will receive a payment overview by e-mail after ordering. You have 14 days to complete the payment.

After payment, you receive an invoice from Afterpay by e-mail.
Have you returned an item? Then you will receive a new invoice from Afterpay. You can then ignore the old invoice.

Have you received a gift card? Please enter the gift card code at the checkout.

Refunds

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a return confirmation from us. We will refund the return amount within 5 working days. The return payment is always made in the same way as the original payment.
