Placing an order

You can easily place an order as a guest without creating a customer account. However if you choose to create an account on our website you can save time when placing your next order and also benefit from your personal wishlist.

Ordering process

 

  • Place articles in your shopping basket.
  • Click on your shopping basket (top right of the screen) to finalize the order.
  • Check your address and change it if necessary. If you like, you can have your order delivered to a different address.
  • Choose a method of payment.
  • Check your order before you finalize the payment.

Ordering a gift card

  • Log in, click on ‘Gift card’ at the top of the homepage and fill in your details.
  • Click on the shopping basket at the top right of the screen to pay for the gift card.
  • Choose a method of payment.
  • After your payment we will immediately send the gift card by email to the receiver. The email contains a discount code that the receiver can enter when paying for an order, placed in our webshop.
  • The gift card is valid for one year.

Change or cancel an order

Please make sure you check your order very carefully before you confirm it, as you can’t change or cancel your order after the payment has been done.

Item unavailable

It may happen that an item is no longer available in the webshop. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will notify you by email. We will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. The rest of your order will be sent as normal.

Order confirmation

Directly after you have placed your order you will receive confirmation by email. Have you not received a confirmation? On the ‘My King Louie’ page in our webshop you can also find your order overview. Our email may have landed in your spam box.

Please also check that you have filled in your email address correctly and correct your details in your King Louie-account if necessary, or let us know via webshop@kinglouie.nl. This way you will receive all our emails in future. In all other cases we recommend you send us an email so that we can check your order, after which we will send you the order confirmation.

Received a wrong item?

Despite our greatest care it is possible that you receive a wrong item or an item with a minor defect. We are sorry for the inconvience! Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

Discount code

Enter the discount code in your shopping cart. The discount is then immediately applied.

Discount cannot be applied after the order has been placed. The customer service cannot help you with this either. You can use the discount code with your next order.

Sale Discount

In the event of a price difference between the Sale price and the original, there is unfortunately no right to this difference, even within the return period. Special Actions and discounts do not apply to orders made before or after the indicated period.
