When organic cotton is grown, harmful additives found in ordinary cotton – such as nitrogen fertilizers and harmful pesticides – are replaced with less harmful substances. The result is a cultivation that protects the soil and the environment through largely natural pest control.

We have been a recognized member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) since 2015, which comprehensively tests our manufacturers every year. The FWF is committed to combating child labour, to a living wage and to a safe and healthy working environment.

Our garments only travel by boat, train or truck.

Our packaging is made from recycled materials and/or from sustainably managed forest certified fibers (FSC Forestry). 90% of our polybags are made of biodegradable polyester, the rest is made of recycled polyester.
